Andrew and Melody’s home is a great place to stay. It is charming and comfortable. We found their house spotless and in a fabulous location. We were in Jacksonville for a wedding. In our free hours, we enjoyed the restaurants, bars, boutiques and my favorite a book store in walking distance. If you are traveling to Jacksonville, I highly recommend Andrew and Melody’s place.

Fantastic Place, perfect timing, great host! Florida Fall, no rain, and a lake from flat was perfect for our little get away on Veteran’s Day Weekend! Thank You Andrew, would love to come sometime, maybe in the spring. Until then!!

Andrew’s place was squeaky clean. We had everything we needed. He was responsive and friendly.

The place was large enough for 6 of us and had all amenities we’d need. Not as close to restaurants and bars but an easy uber away. Would recommend for larger groups!

My stay exceeded expectations. I needed to spend a month in Jacksonville on business and wanted to be somewhere I could comfortably work AND relax. Andrew and Melody were super helpful, the home was cozy, clean and thoughtfully furnished. The neighborhood was beautiful and welcoming, and located in such a fun historic area! The location couldn’t be better for exploring all that downtown had to offer and the local ice cream shop (just a block away!) was top tier, too! 11/10 plan to stay again on my next trip.

Easy and smooth checkin process! Clean house and it was very suitable for our stay.
