A great option in south side Jacksonville.

Perfect place for my family and I. Able to grill and have a little pool party while having football on inside. Nice large open kitchen as well. Was exactly what we were looking for and made great memories.

This place was awesome! Perfect for a stay in Jacksonville Beach. Comfy beds, lots of space, and it is updated and clean. Lots of dishes, spices, and pots and pans too. The pool and hot tub were so nice! And the location (about 7 blocks from the beach) was fantastic. Andrew was also very responsive. Integral to our fantastic time in Jax!!

Nice house and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Quiet safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in a great location. Backyard is the best part!! They also showed great flexibility with the hurricane. Would definitely recommend!

This was my home-away from-home for a bit while I was having renovations done at my house- Location is great, very close to a public beach access, wonderful neighborhood (& neighbors) loved that it was pet-friendly, although the outside back patio isn’t fenced in. The entire place was immaculately clean, all the bedrooms are very spacious & each with ample closet space. The 3rd floor master bedroom is incredible, so much space, great natural lighting & the master bath is spectacular! Everything’s like the pictures & it’s overall very relaxing & easy to feel right ‘at home’ just by walking in the door. Last but not least the kitchen is also amazing- has everything you could ever want or need, spacious, functional & beautiful!

excellent location. 2 min walk to beach. well stocked kitchen. so comfortable and nicely decorated. there is an elevator, perfect for those unable to take the stairs. bikes were so fun. I will definately come back. Andrew and Meolody were excellent hosts.

Overall a great stay. The house worked out for what we needed and the pool was nice.
