Very nice, comfortable and quiet place to stay

Rented this location for a month, Great place to stay, pretty low key . Exactly what I was looking for. Overall a Great experience!

Really nice decorated, spacious apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with a good choice of restaurants in a walkable distance. Kitchen with a small stove and small, mobile oven is a bit tricky for doing a lot of cooking during a longer stay. Everthing else was well equipped 👍

Great place! We’ve stayed at multiple AirBnb’s and this place was the cleanest ever/it was spotless! Location was great; accessible and safe. Appliances were all brand new, beach chairs and towels were provided, TV’s in every room. Would 100% stay again. Thank you Andrew and Melody! 🙂

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few rental properties. We have had some good experiences and some really poor experiences. This experience was very good. The house was SUPER CLEAN, which is a big deal as we have had some bad experiences with filthy properties. The amenities were great and little things like coffee filters and dishwasher soap were provided.
The house had plenty of space to spread out, and the enclosed backyard was perfect for our two small dogs.
Our one criticism was the size of the main bed. We would have preferred a larger bed and a firmer mattress.
Overall, 5 stars. A great property and great hosts.

Beautiful location, the house was easy to find with a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs shower did not drain properly and I did let the owner know but they didn’t offer a solution or apologize. My brother stayed downstairs and mentioned that the attached laundry room at one point had a bunch of red ants so he was worried they would be in his stuff but he sprayed some repellant that seemed to keep them at bay. We understand that nature happens no matter how much you try to keep it out so it wasn’t a big issue to us. While the photos of the listing shows two docks , one with kayaks on the side, that dock was locked and we weren’t able to access that dock. So that was a bit disappointing and slightly misleading. The couch wasn’t that big for all of us (4 adults and 1 baby) to sit on and relax /watch TV . Other than that , the view was amazing and the location of the house was great. Close to the Timucuan Preserve which has wonderful trails! Plus some great restaurants that were close

Budget pricing for great access to St. Augustine! Quick,easy access to host team.
Close to I-95, for quick access to points beyond.
Would definitely recommend to others..!

Hosts were great, very responsive. Had everything we needed for a short stay in Jacksonville for a Packer game.

Overall our stay was great! We would have appreciated more clear instructions on how to work the fire pit, but the host was incredibly responsive in helping us attempt to fix the issue. Super close to the beach and a great brunch spot!
