Place was exactly as stated. Great central location for Jax Beach. Can tell the home was newer with new finishes. Andrew was quick to response!

The host had some issues with the cleaning crew not being completely done when we showed up and the code was not working but He answered the phone right away, refunded us for the first night and put us up in a nice hotel downtown for the night. We were able to get in the next day and really enjoyed the place and also appreciated his willingness to make it right on demand. Would definitely stay here or at any of his locations again! Thanks Andrew!

Staying at Andrew’s place made our trip to the Georgia-Florida game absolutely perfect! From the start, everything was seamless—Andrew provided clear instructions for check-in, and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished, with all the comforts we could ask for. We were especially happy to find that the property had two full bathrooms instead of just one, as listed—it made getting ready and winding down after the game so much easier!
The location was ideal, making it easy to get to the game and explore the area. Andrew was a fantastic host, quick to respond and full of great tips for places to eat and things to do. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again for future game weekends. Highly recommended for anyone coming for the big game or just looking for a top-notch place to stay.
