Great house and so much to do nearby!

Andrew and Melody’s place was great! Super close to downtown San Marco so we could easily walk to grab dinner. You could also tell that it was recently renovated, but still charming. Great water pressure and smelled clean. We had a little confusion with the parking spot initially but they were super responsive and we got it sorted out quickly. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit San Marco!

The hosts were great. They were easy to communicate with, very responsive and friendly. We stayed here for the Fl Ga Game and the location was perfect. The beds could be more comfortable, but other than that everything was great.

The house is in a fantastic location and very close to everything that you could need. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly if you ever need anything. The home has plenty of parking which was great for our group as well as a great outdoor entertaining space! Would highly recommend staying here.

Quick walk to the beach, tons to do. This is a gem in Jax Beach!

This place was so cute, comfortable and in a great location. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Andrew and Melody’s was an awesome host, they checked on us every day. I didn’t a question to asked them because everything you need was in place. I will booked in the future and everyone else should make them there first choice.
