Overall, this Airbnb was great. The outdoor area is super nice. The hot tub and sauna are broken, but the pool, bar and sitting area are awesome. The inside of the cottage looks like the pictures. The bathroom needs some attention, probably needs new shower floor and definitely new shower curtain. The place was decorated cute and the kitchen appliances were new and clean. The inside needed a deep clean. It was surface clean, but there was a lot of dust on kitchen walls, door, wall decorations and in bathroom. They really just need to wipe down or dust all the walls, doors, windows and decorations. I dusted a lot of it when it was noticed, so its an easy fix. Sadly we lost power both nights there and the water also stopped working at this time. That wasnt their fault but really was a bummer, no ac or toilet for part of both nights. I would still book again and hope for no rain!

Finding the place was easy and there’s a lot to do around the house. But getting inside, you do not get the full space, the house is split into multiple cottages which we were not aware and neither were the tenants staying that weekend. The hot tub and sauna were not in use but we were never notified so not happy at all about that. Also the tenants that were there over the weekend got there a couple days before and the pool had not been cleaned it was green and they had to constant our hosts so they could even use it, thankfully was done by the time we got there. The place looks great in photos and it is nice but run down, you have to stock everything for this house being as much as we spent and being a 1.3 million dollar house it should’ve been stocked better for having a whole tiki bar. Overall we used what we could and bought a ton at the store so we could take full advantage of the place. I just don’t think it’s worth the price especially when you share everything outside as well.

Our family had such a wonderful time in the Poolside cottage. It was the perfect amount of space and sharing a bathroom between 8 of us wasn’t the challenge we’re expected it to be. We often gathered outside in the plentiful common spaces. We made beautiful connections and unexpected friendships with the other family who was renting on the property which made the trip that much more sweet for all of us. Other than a few missing kitchen components (enough glassware for all of us, coffee mugs, baking sheets, etc.) everything was perfect. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We will be back !🥰

Great Get Away
We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Things were a little messy after the hurricane, but property was quickly cleaned up and we all enjoyed the back yard/pool/bar/lounge area. Great place to stay.

The property was very nice! We loved the outdoor area and the actual unit was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the location as well. We had a friend’s wedding at La Venture Grove, which is just a few minutes away, so this was the perfect spot. We also went to check out St. Augustine for the day, which was close by and had tons of shops and restaurants. Very cool. We’d stay here again!

We were in town for our son's wedding! We stayed in the cottage on the property. My son, his bride and their ushers also stayed on the property. It was a great setting for a happy celebration. As I had communicated to you while we were there the mattresses and bedding should be replaced in the cottage. Also, the outside couch areas need a good cleaning. It felt like we were sitting on dirty cushions and blankets. Other than that we were quite happy with our stay. A fun time for a happy family celebration!

Andrew and Melodys place was very relaxing and peaceful. When you are there, you feel right at home and just don’t want to go anywhere else due to it being so cozy. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jacksonville, FL. There are bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes away. 5 star recommendation!

This stay was the epitome of what an Air BnB vacation should be… the hosts were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful. The house was beautifully decorated, with a real sense of ‘home’ and had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and they really did think of everything. The outside area was unbelievable, the pool was beautiful and the surroundings were stunning allowing us to enjoy the tranquility of the Koi pond and it’s ‘inhabitants’.
We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again with our dogs - thank you so much guys!!

Mini family vacation
Perfect for a family, kids can swim and play while parents relax. Close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough from the crowds. Even makes for a reasonable day trip to Disney/Orlando!

This home was conveniently located, super clean, and very cute! I love how it is set up- we all loved the pool and hot tub, the cottage had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. We were able to bring our dogs too!
Very Comfortable and Warm.
The property, both inside and out, is beautiful, clean and well kept. The items supplied were abundant. (toiletries, dish soap etc.) The only issue we had was understanding the access instructions. When entering the "Breezeway" it enters into the side of the main house. When we arrived the main house was being used by another family and it feels as if you are walking into someone else private event in order to access the entry for your rental. Also there re no #'s on the units to know which one you have rented. I would definitely stay here again.
