Accommodations: Very spacious. Loved the master bedroom being on the first floor. Everything was clean. Easy check in. Lots of security lights. Well lit. The lanai was great for relaxing. Kitchen was practical and lots of cooking utensils.
Communication: It was great from beginning to end. Very responsive and always helpful. This is definitely key in my 5 star rating criteria.
Places of interest: Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Minutes away from local attractions and venues.
As always, vacations come and go but where you rest your head at night makes all the difference like this one. It was memorable in a great way. Thank you to Andrew and Melody!

The only thing was it was 5 guest. One bedroom had a door but no wall. So if you in the kitchen or walking up the stairs you can see the person in the bed. Guest complained about it and was very upset about it but it was too late to find another house

My family of 4, plus my parents, had an excellent time here! So much space for everyone to have their own space in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was definitely a hit for my kids, and even us adults got in to enjoy it. Plenty of nearby stores for grocery shopping and whatever you need! When I first sat in the beds I was a little worried they’d be too firm, as they seemed to have a thin layer of memory foam, but we all actually slept well and comfortably with no issues. I sleep cold, so had to take some blankets off one of the beds not being used in order to not freeze, but everyone else on my group was fine with the sheet and thin comforter provided. If you sleep cold, maybe bring a fuzzy blanket! Everything was clean and ready to use, with the expected stain here and there on bedroom carpets. The listing said there was not a hair dryer, but we did find one there, for anyone wondering about that! Overall we had a blast and will likely go here again if we are in the area!

Booked Andrew’s place for a group of 10 girls and it was perfect! They had a pool tech come out the same day we got there to do more cleaning without us even having to ask. Also provided us with instructions on how to turn on the pool jets. They reached out multiple times a day just to see if we needed anything. If we are ever back in Jacksonville, will definitely book another one of his properties.
Alsooo, last minute I had to bring my two dogs and Andrew made it a breeze! I just had to update my reservations to include pets and that was it!

We enjoyed our stay The home was easy to find and the host was very responsive to all questions. There are lots of restaurants, a movie theater, and grocery stores nearby. The home is beautiful. My only recommendationI is a deep clean of the carpet in the bedrooms. There were a few stains left by previous guests. I would recommend this property.

My family and I had a great time here. It was very comfortable and clean! Overall the home was a 10/10. We loved the location. Very desirable. Close to restaurants and stores. Loved the loft room upstairs. Very cozy. We highly recommend.

good stay.. some minor issues but to be expected with any rental. Andrew was generally attentive. Some minor repairs however with a short stay, not much time to remedy. Im a little leary of Abnb allowing 3rd party management companies to integrate within program. It leaves a lot for diffrrence of expectations from marketing to actual implementation. A hot tib is not that if Owners turn off heat after May1. Windy days make for cold water before Jun. Also alot of ads show cool lights, leds, graphics but if theres no way to turn the damn things off, your rooms become all nite discos! A little simplicity goes a long way towards minimizing issues and that is where third party mgmt should step in(ie. taking full toters from previous guests to curb or having extra toters to minimize trash buildup) , post stay inspection),simple fixes to little issues prevent buildup to major. Other than that a few extra chairs or something to sit in Master wouldve been appreciated. All in all decent value

Nice house in a great neighborhood. Only about 25 minutes from the airport. Lots of stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. nearby. Andrew was a great host. He was responsive and great about addressing an issue that we had. Wouldn’t mind staying again if ever visiting Jacksonville in the future.

Positives - looked exactly like the photos, beautiful space.. lots of room to spread out. Centrally located between the city of Jacksonville and the beaches... close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed. Pool/beach towels provided.
Minor inconvenience - none of the remotes had working batteries.. they were corroded in some of them. I bought batteries myself to replace.
Major inconvenience (in my opinion) - I specifically booked this place because the listing stated the pool was HEATED and for the hot tub. I reached out to the host before booking and they confirmed both were heated. The pool area is serene and beautiful... but when we got there to check in the pool and hot tub were COLD. Ice cold. I messaged the host about it multiple times through out the stay and the issue was not resolved. I'm extremely disappointed as it was too cold to even enjoy the pool during our stay and it was the main reason I booked this place.

It fit our larger family of 7 comfortably. The pool was a nice benefit. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Very nice. Would stay again.
