My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Cute place, great location, and quiet neighborhood . We had one issue with the tub, but the owners were quick to address the issue. We would recommend a single or couple stay here.

Amazing location. Pristinely clean and comfortable. I only knocked off one star because the shower kind of drove me nuts. The knobs need to be redone and I didn’t like how frustrating it was to get the temperature right. There are a few other things that could benefit from an update. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and probably would stay there again.

We stayed here for the Georgia-Florida game, location was great and walkable for us, about 3 miles from Jaguar stadium (we’re very active). It was also very close to the San Marco downtown area which was great for grabbing dinner the night before and after the game as well as walking around. It’s definitely an older apartment building so it has some of those creaks and quirks. The apartment was clean, but the bedroom did have a pretty strong musty odor that wasn’t in the rest of the unit. It wasn’t the biggest deal for us as we were out and about most of the time and we were only there for two nights. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an enjoyable stay. It was exactly as pictured and described so it suited our needs perfectly. It isn't a super luxurious place, but it is spacious, comfortable, and clean with all the basic amenities you need at an affordable price. Just what we were looking for. `The location is great too.

Me and my dad came down for the The Players…
Me and my dad came down for the The Players Championship golf tournament, and we needed a good place for the weekend at a decent price. Andrew and Melodys place did the trick and was a wonderful place to stay. If I ever come back to the Jacksonville area I’ll definitely look to stay here again.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Very Walkable area, lots of cute stores and restaurants close by. I felt safe with the way the place had a combo lock on front door and door to the unit. When entering the apartment it was very clean and tidy. Looked exactly like the photos. My only concern was that there were several areas of the floor that looked like it had sever water damage and I felt those areas were really weak, I was afraid to walk on this part of the floor, so it was a minor inconvenience when entering the bathroom or kitchen to remember to take a Giant step to miss the soft spots in the flooring. I would definitely stay here again. Just remember it’s a very old building and it’s been renovated, however, it has the original cabinets, flooring etc

This was a perfect location for us and at a very reasonable cost. Andrew and Melody gave us excellent instructions, so we had no trouble getting in. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures.
We were there for several weeks while my husband was receiving daily treatments at MD Anderson. The ride there took less than five minutes.
It’s located in a very safe and walkable neighborhood with a small park just a block away. There’s a brand new Publix nearby. Lots of great restaurants and shops are either within walking distance or a short drive. San Marco is a beautiful area of Jacksonville.
All in all, we had a very comfortable stay and will do it again if we find ourselves needing a place in Jacksonville.

The location is great. The unit is a bit old, but again, for what’s it’s priced at - it’s a good deal. This unit is on the first floor, and the people above us had hardwood floors, a young child, and a dog. It didn’t really affect us in any way most of the time, but we also weren’t staying in most of the time, either. Only one night we woke up to the noise from upstairs, but again, I wouldn’t say it’s excessive at all - just kind of normal noise for being on the first floor.
The place was clean overall, with a few super-minor things that I didn’t care for, so - all good.
The communication with the hosts was great: they followed up all the time l, making sure everything is OK.
Anyway, great value for the price!
